In a few months, the new President of the USA Donald Trump showed his political models as  “Make America Great Again”. For the leader of the White House, the American people needed cultural, social, and economic reforms in many fields, and after re-election, he tried to reshape the internal and foreign affairs of the USA. For instance, since he came into power, there have about more than 100 resolutions and orders accepted to implement. Some of them are remarkable because they impact a lot of states of the world directly or indirectly. Because after these approaches of Trump, parties that support right-wing policies and migration plans similar to Trump’s are gaining popularity in Europe as well. Firstly, as he promised before the elections, he changed the migration policy of the state completely which came from many years. At the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deported more than 270.000 people to 192 countries, especially including Latin American states such as Mexico, Venezuela, and others. The most interesting point is that although the short period, remarkable consequences of that strategy can be seen in all spheres of migration. According to the statistics, a remarkable decline was observed in the number of illegal border declines. Recent analyses suggest that immigration inflows have slowed notably in the later months of 2024, with net migration levels decreasing by about 0.5 million from 2023 to 2024. Additionally, the strategy of Trump supported by Congress, because after some speeches by the president about not having enough financial resources for implementing deportation or “border czar” operation, The U.S Senate accepted a new budget resolution that provides about  $175bn reserved for border security, including Trump’s prized border wall with Mexico, and a $150bn boost to the Pentagon budget. So, on the one hand, deported people can cause some loss of workforce, but on the other hand for security and preserving of national identity that attempt is necessary for the saving future of the USA, according to the Trump administration.

That’s the main side of internal policy of Trump, but what has he done in the international stability process since becoming power? Speeches of his about Canada, the Panama Canal, and Greenland caused some misunderstandings in the world society. He called these steps necessary to protect international security, but these talks were not met with an unequivocal response from both the governments of those regions and the local people.

In February 2025, Trump proposed a new plan to resolve the long-running Palestinian-Israeli conflict, also known as the Gaza conflict. This plan called for the US to deploy its forces in the region and transform it into the “Riviera of the Middle East.” However, this plan envisaged the relocation of 1.8 million Palestinians from their homeland to other countries, but this was considered an attempt at ethnic cleansing by the UN. Many countries around the world also supported the fact that the final solution to this conflict should be based solely on the free will of the parties and people. For the Prime Minister of Israel, B. Netanyahu this plan is ‘revolutionary’ and ‘creative’, but his speech was not welcomed by the Palestinian side and the international community. However, as a result, this decision also sounds quite radical and has caused widespread debate around the world.

The last international issue is about the long-running war in the heart of Europe: Russia and Ukraine which started in 2022 February. In the first period, European countries under the leading USA and Biden administration condemned that and accessed it as a new invasion plan of Russia.UN accepted some resolutions against Russia. In those 2 years, Europe and the USA supported this national struggle of Ukrainians not only just financially, but also politically. But in the last few days, the new leader of the USA, Trump gave some points about that war and called it a meaningless war because of Zielinski. Now he offered the stop of financial support to Ukraine by the USA. But this U.S. proposal stands in contrast to a competing resolution backed by Ukraine and European allies, which demands an immediate withdrawal of all Russian forces from Ukrainian territory. In addition to this, Trump has long criticized NATO countries for not contributing enough to defense spending. He might push Europe to take on a larger share of Ukraine’s support, which could lead to tensions within the alliance. But if Trump can convince the countries to agree to a deal that includes a return to their previous borders, it could be seen as a diplomatic success for world peace and the nations at war. But the interesting point here is how Putin sees it: an opportunity to squeeze new concessions or a fair deal?

The findings of this study can be understood as considered a promising aspect of reshaping of USA and the world after Trump. Sometimes his decisions can be seen as so radical, but time will show us what good or bad things it brings to the world.
